The Steps to Getting Married!
1. Set a date
Secure a date with me. Email, call or contact me on Facebook to discuss a my availability and yours.
At this stage you can download and complete the documents on the forms page, specifically the Notice of Intended Marriage.
2. Initial meeting
This allows us to get to know each other and plan the day you have been dreaming of. Together we can plan all aspects of the day and I can ensure the relevant forms have been completed within the relevant time frames.
3. Creating the wedding of your dreams
Once the finer details have been confirmed, we can personalise your special day to create your perfect ceremony. I can send you samples of vows, or you can create your own.
During the period leading up to your wedding, we will be in contact regularly and can organise a final meet up to ensure everything goes according to plan. This will also be a time to organise the witnesses for your wedding. There must be two witnesses who are over the age of 18 and must understand English, an interpreter may be used if there are parts of the wedding that are not in English.
4. Your Wedding Day
I will arrive at least 45 minutes before the wedding commences and I will speak to all the parties involved, for example, the readers, photographers, videographers and musical team.
Finally, I will speak to the bridal parties to ensure that everything is running smoothly before you take your steps down the aisle. Then it's time for you to begin your new lives together and celebrate your love.
